A. Information you provide. Information you voluntarily submit through forms, uploads, applications, or communications: name, email, phone, company; title and role; business information submitted for analysis or evaluation; financial, operational, or strategic information uploaded via forms; documents and supporting materials; and communications. If you upload materials, we collect and store the data contained within them.

B. Automatically collected. When you visit, we may collect: IP address; browser/device information; pages visited and time spent; referring URLs; and cookies and similar technologies.

We use collected information to provide and operate our Services, analyze submitted business data, generate assessments and reports, communicate with you, improve our platform and models, ensure security and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Purpose limitation. Uploaded data is used solely to perform requested analyses, generate reports, and improve analytical accuracy and platform functionality.

Confidentiality. We treat uploaded business information as confidential. Access is limited to authorized personnel, contracted service providers under confidentiality obligations, and the automated systems used to process the data.

Data segregation. Uploaded data is logically segregated by client account where applicable.

AI & automated processing. Where we use automated tools or AI models to process uploaded materials, processing is conducted to deliver the requested service. We do not use uploaded confidential data to train public or shared AI models, and data is not exposed to other users.

Retention. Uploaded materials are retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and as required for legal, tax, or contractual obligations. Request deletion at privacy@capacera.com.

Where required (e.g., EU/UK), we process data based on contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, consent (where required), and legal compliance obligations.

We may share information with cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, payment processors, and legal or regulatory authorities if required. We do not sell or rent personal data.

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards including encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS), role-based access controls, secure cloud infrastructure, and regular monitoring. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
